WASHINGTON, April 20 (Reuters) – U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen explained to her counterpart from Indonesia that there will be no “enterprise-as-standard” for Russia in the worldwide financial state offered its invasion of Ukraine, the Treasury Division reported in a assertion on Wednesday.
